Hate to give a negative review, but I made an appointment to have my alignment checked as the used car I got recently had new tires placed on it so I wanted to see where the specs were and make sure the toe was set close to 0⁰ and even on both sides. When I showed up I told the guy at the desk that I wanted to see the specs as is because I'd likely need them to tweak them for the toe. He said they'd put it to factory specs. I said I'd want the toe set to 0⁰ in the front and even. He said they'd have to see about that, so I said if the toe is green but pointing opposite directions, would they call that good. He said yes, so I said thank you and I left. Wasted my time. He was not rude about it and when I called for the appointment they were nice too, but not being willing to align to my specs (which were very close to factory specs) is a "no go" for me. Never had that happen to me before.
UPDATE: The owner was nice enough to leave me a very apologetic voicemail, so I guess it was just a miscommunication as I scheduled with him but he was not there when I arrived. He did the right thing about it and I commend him, therefore I'd consider using them in the future.
