After years of taking my car to dealerships for service and dealing with high pressure upsell tactics and arm twisting trying to get me to buy a new car, I decided to try JB. What a great experience! Mechanics that are fully certified, a true customer focus, no hard sell and a fair price. They even upload the service visits to Carfax just like the dealers do so there is always a record. It also felt good to support a local business that prides itself on delivering quality service to neighbors.

Called last minute to get a quick inspection of a used car that I bought, Scott was quick to get me in. Nice shop, good teamwork, better service than I expected at a fair price. The place was super busy, that is a good sign. I will go back.

I had an excellent experience with JB Auto Works.
They took my car in on Friday and kept me informed throughout the process, clearly explaining what they were finding, what needed attention, and what was required to get the car back on the road safely.
I especially appreciated the expertise, honesty, and care they showed. They did their best to make sure I received the right attention at a fair price, while helping me understand the condition of the car, the engine, and what will need attention going forward.
Most importantly, they got the car running properly again and gave me real confidence in the work being done. That was a very different experience from some garages I have used previously.
I will be taking my car back to JB Auto Works for future work and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, transparent, and trustworthy service.

August 2026- Chris at JB Autoworks was so friendly & helpful! We were leaving FL heading home to OH. The hood on our car kept coming unlatched (dangerous traveling on 75 with an issue like that!). We googled the nearest garage & JB came up. When we arrived there & showed Chris the issue, he took care of us right there on the spot! He even asked us to please let him know when we make it home safely. The hood didn’t give us any more issues & we made it home with no problems. We were very grateful for his service!
