Called with an emergency. Had just picked up a nail in my rear tire. You could hear the air coming out! Scott answered the phone. Super friendly and said no worries we will fit you in! Come on down we can take of you! When we arrived. He was just as courteous. He immediately took our information and took care of the REPAIR! Perfection. Highly recommend JB Auto service!! Thank you!

The pricing is very fair and they correctly diagnosed my suspension issue and repaired it the same day. Communication is excellent. First time trying JB Auto and we will be customers for life! 👏🏻 Our trusty ten year old Toyota Hylander (2016) had a check engine light for the first time and the AWD system had an error code. We took it to JB Auto and they did a detailed inspection/diagnosis and the owner called us right away. Turned out the battery was 7 years old and they’ve never seen a battery last this long, we were very lucky it didn’t die on us honestly! They said they only recommend changing the battery and then reevaluating if the check engine light comes back on. They even said we could take it somewhere more affordable like Walmart for a battery (understanding that we’re a young family) but we felt confident in their work and decided to pay for them to do it right. We were so impressed by their professionalism and integrity. Since then our car has been perfect! And we feel so grateful we found this place, thank you so much JB Auto.
