Great customer service, they called to remind me of appointment (following a long holiday weekend), appointment time was honored. Had an oil change and tire rotation. They checked everything over & recommended new wipers.
Scott, the manager, was very accommodating and welcoming in the service maintenance of my late model Honda! My experience was very pleasant and their customer service is excellent and on time!

JB and Scott to the rescue!! 👏👏👏 after receiving 2 overly inflated quotes for vital work on my truck, I decided to return (8 yrs later) to JB and ask them to diagnose the truck. Low and behold, their assessment was HALF of what the other place was, and it even included a very important safety repair that the other place never even saw!!!?? JB Auto dealt fairly, honest, professional AND timely. I thought they only worked on foreign or cars and so I am thankful I went back to them with my truck and they now have my business and I will be referring my clients and friends too! Thank you very much for treating me with dignity and fairness.
