About a month ago I was referred to J and B auto and had some front end work done… pretty extensive work and they worked up a quote and I needed new tires and he got me those as well and his price was very competitive and all his work was good he and Brad do great work and even though the price was very very fair and the best thought their honesty was even better…. I needed some thing else done that really wasn’t in his expertise and he recommend another place for that work and that place was just as nice. but the idea that Jim would refer work lets me know he has my vehicle and me at my best interest.. SO now this weekend I had a flat and needed at tire and I was in a hurry and took it to a Tire place and they said they would need to order a new one and it would cost this amount and I said no thank you and then I called Jim and he said bring the tire in and let us(he and Brad ) look at it and they both thought the tire didn’t need to replaced so repaired and and put it on for me at no charge.. since I had bought the tires from him in the first place.. now I did NOT have any road hazard so this was done of his own free will. Thank you Jim and Brad for your service.. I now have a new trustworthy auto shop . much like I did in Ft.Myers
